Style: Catharina Sour
PINTA Kwas Xy 11,5° - a new wave style of beer with Brasilian origins. It's an extended version of Berliner Weisse with the addition of tropical juice. In our interpretation, we've used a passionfruit puree (15% of the beer) and it has been acidified with lactic acid bacteria to 3,4 pH. PINTA Xy - make yourself feel like at Copacabana!
